DRAFT RESOLUTION NO. ____ - 2015 RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING MOELCI - I THROUGH MR. RUBEN P. BONALOS, OFFICER-IN-CHARGE GENERAL MANAGER, TO INSTALL TWO (2) UNITS ELECTRIC POSTS AND SECURE ELECTRIC LINES IN BARANGAY MAMANGA DAKU, PLARIDEL, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL TO ENSURE PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. WHEREAS, there are underlying electric lines in Purok ___ and ____ of this Barangay which pose threat and hazard to life and properties nearby; WHEREAS, upon ocular inspection, the Municipal Engineering Office of Plaridel recommended to this Council the need for the installation of electric posts to ensure safety of the constituents and their properties in the said area; WHEREAS, it is the cardinal duty of this Sangguniang Barangay to ensure the welfare of the Barangay constituents by taking measures to avoid possible damage to the public; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by this Sangguniang Barangay, in session duly assembled, as it does hereby resolved to respectfully request MOELCI – I, Calamba, Misamis Occidental through Mr. RUBEN P. BONALOS, Officer-In-Charge General Manager to install two (2) units electric posts and secure electric lines in Purok ____ and ____ of Barangay Mamanga Daku, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental for reasons of public safety and prevent damage to property. LET COPIES of this resolution be furnished to Mr. RUBEN P. BONALOS, OIC General Manager, MOELCI – I, Calamba, Misamis Occidental; the Sangguniang Bayan of Plaridel thru Hon. JIM S. TAN, Vice Mayor/ Presiding Officer; Engr. DIEGO C. TY, Municipal Mayor; Mr. PIOJAY MANLOD, RN, Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer; and all concerned for their information, proper and immediate action.
