I am not going to give the benefits of fenugreek seeds, as that is not what you asked. Soaking fenugreek seeds overnight removes some of the bitterness. Secondly, there is a very thin gel like film which forms on the soaked fenugreek, which is supposed to have health benefits However, if you allow the fenugreek seeds to sprout and then consume it, there will be additional amino acids that will be formed. The benefits of the seeds are best absorbed when they are broken down and then consumed. Soak a tablespoon of Fenugreek Seeds overnight and consume them early in the morning preferably on empty stomach along with the water used for soaking. The following ways of consumption can be used: 1.
The very best: Chew the soaked seeds and swallow. Use the water used for soaking to rise your mouth and swallow the water too. 2. Grind them up in a blender and then swallow along with some water. 3. Grind them up and have it with a teaspoon of honey. It adds to the taste as well as you are benefited with the numerous goodness that honey offers. 4. If in case you just cannot have them directly, then grind them up and add it to wheat flour while making the dough for chapatis/ pulkas.

Actually, you can create a paste of fenugreek powder with honey and apply it on your face. This will help in controlling pimples. If you mean eating by mentioning “have”, then you should eat fenugreek seeds alone. Not with honey.
