What must the sellers and buyers do? A. The Seller As a seller , he/she must learn the art of selling The art of selling needs persuasion, good relations with people, patience and courtesy toward his/her prospective buyers. As a person he/she must be in good health, possess character such as being cheerful, honest and prompt in attending his costumers. The seller must have a good and sound buying program so he/she can get the most profit and give the best services to his/ her customer by offering good quality goods or product. - His /her buying program should based on the principle: 1. Buys goods that will meet the needs and satisfaction of the customer. 2. Always keeps in mind the question: What do my customers’ need? Sellers are selling for two reasons: 1. To provide service to the people in community 2. To gain profit B.
The Buyer - They do the footwork, the research and create the deals to buy big bulk of products for their companies, and then sell them to customers, or use them to create new materials that they then sell to customers If you want to work in retail buyer jobs, the skills employers look for include:
