2 Upgrade preparation 2.1
Check current upgrade environment SD card update: Make sure that the MICRO SD card is available and can be read and
write.
3 Upgrade operations Notes: 1: Upgrade operations will erase the data. 2: To make sure that the power of the battery is enough to run the upgrade process.(We recommend the battery is full.) 3; You can choice method 3.1 or method 3.2 to upgrade you device.

Normal upgrade——upgrade method 1
3.1.1 Main package upgrade(first choice) step 1.Prepare a Micro SD card which at least has 2GB available space, and format the Micro SD card. step 2.Copy Main package the “UPDATE.APP” to SD Card “dload\UPDATE.APP”. step 3.Make sure your handset is powered off; insert the MICRO SD card into the handset. Power on you device, and follow the below pictures to start upgrade. step 4. Click ”setting”-“All”-“About phone”-“System updates”-“Update via SD card” – Confirm - Upgrade

Then you will see the following process screen.
step 5.When “Upgrade Complete” appears on the screen, this stage of upgrading finished. Then pull out the battery and the SD card. At last reboot the handset and wait for a few minutes, then enjoy it!
3.1.2 Customized package upgrade(when factory production ignore this Step) Step 1. A MICRO SD card of 2GB or more should be available. The MICRO SD card made by Sandisk, Kingstone, or Kingmax is recommended. 2013-09-17

Step 2. Format the MICRO SD card (This operation is optional). Step 3. Copy Customized package the “UPDATE.APP” to SD Card “dload\UPDATE.APP The follow steps are same with the main package upgrade at the chapter 3.1.1.

Force upgrade——upgrade method 2
3.2.1 Main package upgrade Step 1. Prepare a Micro SD card which at least has 2GB available space, and format the Micro SD card. Step 2.Copy the “UPDATE.APP” to SD Card “dload\UPDATE.APP”. Step 3.Make sure your handset is powered off; insert the MICRO SD card into the handset. Step 4. Insert the MICRO SD card into the handset. Pressing and holding the VOLUME UP key and VOLUME DOWN key simultaneously, and then press the POWER key to power on the phone and enter the Software Upgrade Mode., Then you will see the following process screen.
3.2.2 Customized package upgrade(when factory production ignore this Step) Step 1. A MICRO SD card of 2GB or more should be available. The MICRO SD card made by Sandisk, Kingstone, or Kingmax is recommended. Step 2. Format the MICRO SD card (This operation is optional). 2013-09-17
