How To Win The Lottery The lottery is played in most States across the country. The most popular forms of Lottery are the 3 and 4 ball lottery games. These are the games where balls ranging from 0 to 9 are placed in a large bin (a total of 10 balls are placed in each bin) filled with air that rotates the balls number 0 to 9. The balls are then selected (one ball per bin), resulting in a “winning numbers” selection. For example: Let’s say that the winning numbers chosen for a 3-ball lottery game are 8, 7, and 3 and the winning numbers chosen for a 4-ball lottery game are 9, 6, 2, and 4. (Fig. 1)

In the lottery, it is important to that the order in which the numbers are actually drawn will have a tremendous impact on the outcome of the game. Each number will have to match in the exact position in order to receive a $500 winning (3-ball lottery) or a $5,000 winning (4-ball lottery). For example: If your winning numbers for the illustration above are 837 instead of 873, you will not win the TOP PRIZE (usually $500) for a 3-ball lottery game. The digits 9, 6, 2 and 4 make up the number nine-thousand, six-hundred and twenty-four. (The basic concept of digit and number is extremely important throughout this lottery section so be sure to understand it completely.) The concept of studying digits instead of numbers in the lottery is important because there are too many possible numbers. In a 3-ball lottery game, the numbers rang from 000 to 999. This means that you would have to follow 1000 possible numbers if you want to chart their frequency. 8

STEP ONE: Go to your State’s Lottery/Lotto web site. STEP TWO: Go the archives section and create a list of 100 past lottery games in chronological order. Use a Positional Analysis Chart to correctly transfer your lottery numbers onto a chart, (See fig. 3) below. In this sample, we are going to start with the numbers, 7, 8 and 3 for a 3-ball lottery game, and 8, 4, 2 and 5 for a 4-ball lottery game. Please Note: the digits, 024 and 195 are also used in this sample for a 3-ball lottery game and the digits 3761 and 9178 are also used in our example of a 4-ball lottery game. You should use this example as a guideline for your State’s Lottery numbers (the past 200 archives). If your State does not have a website and you are unable to retrieve the past 200 lottery numbers, you can create a chart with just the past 25-100 set of lottery numbers, but I do not recommend it.To get the best end-results, and from my experience, please use the past 200 (archive) draws. (Fig. 3)

STEP THREE: Transfer all the digits onto a chart like in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4.1, so that the numbers can be evaluated. Both charts below have 10 rows, but the chart for the 3-ball lottery game only has 3 columns, while the chart for the 4-ball lottery game has 4 columns. STEP FOUR: Place an “X” in each position for every digit of each number drawn. (Fig. 4) 1 1

Once you have positioned each number, your chart should look something like the one below. This chart will show you how many times each number was drawn in each position. The chart below is a result from a multiple 4-ball drawing. (Fig. 5)

In the sample above (Fig.5), the number 9 is the most frequent digit in the first position, the number 1 in the second position, the number 2 in the third position, and the number 1 in the fourth position. By this example, the number 9121 would be the numbers to play in a 4-ball lottery game. These numbers would provide you with the best chance of winning the lottery for his particular game. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE TWO DIGITS TIED FOR TOP PICK, USE ONLY THOSE DIGITS PLUS THE SECOND BEST DIGIT (WITH TIES) IN YOUR COMBINATIONS. (In this example below (fig.6), the numbers 7 and 8 would be used plus the number 9.) IF THERE ARE THREE OR MORE DIGITS TIED FOR THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY, IN POSITION #2 FOR THIS EXAMPLE, USE ONLY THOSE DIGITS FOR THAT POSITION. (In the example below, the numbers 4,6, and 7 would be used.) IF YOU HAVE TWO OR MORE DIGITS TIED FOR THE SECOND HIGHEST FREQUENCY IN POSITION #3 FOR THIS EXAMPLE, USE THE HIGHEST AND THE SECOND HIGHEST DIGIT WITH TIES. (In this example, the highest number would be 0, and both 9 and 2 tied with eight occurrences so these would be the only numbers used.) (Fig.7) In this example, the most obvious number would be 7402, this represents the highest frequency digit for each position assembled in a number. For the next combination, we would select 7404, all we did was exchange the 2 for the 4 in the last position. You would continue to select 4 number combinations using this pattern. Be sure to start with the first number in the # 1 position, then the second number, the third, and then, finally the fourth. It is easy to create the remaining combinations. Simply change the digit in the first position and add the rest of the numbers.

Once you have made all your combinations using the number 8 as your first digit in position #1, you will then create your last set of combinations using number 9 (as the number in position #1 for this example) 9402.

Once you have created all the possible combinations, starting with the first number in the #1 position, your chart should look something like this:

There are a total of 54 combinations in the example above. We have illustrated this example to show you the extreme of possible combinations. The average combination has about 36 sets of numbers. Taking the average combination, 36 set of numbers, it will cost you $36 dollars to play, however, you will have a very good chance of winning a 4-ball lottery game using this system.

Winning The Lotto As you know, all versions of any lotto game have the same basis: a simple drawing of random numbers. The numbers of possibilities are virtually endless, but only ONE will actually be a winning combination at any given time. Let’s take a look at a pattern that some Lotto Experts claim to be a possible lotto winning combination from a 5/47 Lottery Game. Draw 1

As a result of the above pattern, you would probably think the 9th draw would consist of FIVE of the following SEVEN numbers: 03, 06, 22, 27, 30, 31 or 43 as none of these numbers randomly appeared in the first 8 Draws. In actuality, it does NOT work like that in any lotto games including California’s Super Lotto Plus (5/47), Power Ball, 6/42, 6/45, 6/49 or any other lotto game. Each set of draw results has five numbers and one bonus number (mega number). Steps one through nine are very practical and has a great deal of simple logic, however, simple logic does not always apply to exact winning combinations of lotto systems. In other words, there is a very low probability of Draw 9’s (example above) winning combination actually being five of the seven remaining numbers. With more than 11 years of research, I have found the above pattern can be adapted to most lottery systems across the globe, however, IT DOESN’T ALWAYS WORK! You can have a monkey or an ape pick your numbers for you, and you would probably have the same chances of winning with the above demonstration. 17

With the information in the forth coming section, please , I have used ACTUAL LOTTO RESULTS from the California State Lottery for the sole purpose of this demonstration. This will show you exactly what I do to get my final results. Once you have gone through this information, perform your own demonstration(s) following these steps to get your end results. We will also be using a Positional Analysis Chart similar to the one used in the previous part of this e-book, however, with this Positional Analysis Chart, there are more columns and rows. The columns will represent the number of balls selected. In this case, the number of balls will be 5. That is how many balls are chosen in the California State Super Lotto Plus game. There is also a mega ball (super ball or bonus ball) drawn in this game, however, we will get to that part later. Let’s just concentrate on the 5 balls right now. To get acquainted with the lotto Positional Analysis, let’s chart three wining draws for a sample 5/35 lotto without using the mega ball at this point. (Fig.7.1) 02 17 08

But , using the past 200 draws will result in better accuracy.

In the Positional Analysis Chart above (Fig.8), we have added up all the times a certain number was drawn in a specific position. This chart makes it easy to understand and analyze in the next section. PLEASE NOTE: The chart above (Fig.8) is what you are most concern with. You MUST place your numbers 20

in the EXACT ORDER in which they were pulled, example: (Fig.7.1). The chart used from The California State Lottery is ONLY an example of what you may find on State Lottery websites.

Finding The Correct Numbers To Play The same procedures will be used for the lotto Positional Analysis that was used for the lottery when selecting which numbers to bet. Please Be Sure To Use The

4 Rules For Positional Analysis:

1. If you have two numbers that are tied or the TOP PICK, use those numbers 2. 3. 4.

plus the second best. If you have three or more numbers tied for the TOP NUMBER, use only those numbers for that position. If you have two or more numbers tied for the SECOND HIGHEST NUMBER in a position, use the highest frequency and the second ties. If you have any ties with the third highest frequency number, use only the TOP and SECOND PICKS.

If you are a conservative player, unlike myself, you should only play the very highest frequency numbers with ties. Aggressive players should play the highest and second highest frequency numbers along with ties. This strategy will allow those players to cover more strategic numbers and greatly increase their chances of winnings. Below is a chart using the HIGH FREQUENCY numbers we have found using the Positional Analysis Chart above (Fig. 8).

In the sample above, let’s take a look at the numbers conservative players would choose. The numbers, 01, 05, 39, 09 and 10 would seem to be a good choice for a conservative player’s choice with a very modest wage of just one dollar, however, a person more aggressive in their wagering would combine many different sets of numbers from the chart above (Fig. 8.1) Here is an example of an aggressive player’s choice of potential numbers:

Should you choose to make your wager on a list of numbers similar to the set of numbers above, it will cost you $36.00, which is not a lot of money to wage using a system that has a proven track record of selecting very accurate winning lotto numbers.

I suggest using a very aggressive approach in your wagering. Once you have selected a list of the numbers that you will be using for your lotto numbers, continue using the same set of numbers consecutively for at least 25 (same state) lotto draws. This system was specifically designed for placing 25 bets on a state’s lotto game using that state’s previous 200 lotto draws. NOTE: Although, with most instances, 25 consecutive lotto draws is the average, sometimes it will take up to 50 consecutive lotto draws to achieve a major win. In this example, we started our 200 lotto draws (in a California Super Lotto Plus Draw) with lotto number drawing 1544 and ended with lotto number drawing

1744.

Using this system with complete commitment, you will see there is a set of winning numbers (a major win) in California Super Lotto Plus with drawing number 1580. The actual winning numbers for lotto draw #1580 (May 25, 2002) were: 01, 05, 09, 30, 39 and the mega number 11 (bonus number or super number.) It took 36 draws from 1544 (our start) to 1580 (major win). Depending on how many par-mutual winners there are in this particular drawing, each lotto winner would have received between $11,000.00 and $42,000.00. If you’ve noticed, the mega number was not even mentioned yet. Let’s see what we can do about getting a winning mega number.

Mega Number (Bonus Number) Or POWER BALL We will be using Frequency Analysis Chart (Fig.9) for choosing our Mega Number. Once you have kept track of your first 5 balls drawn in a drawing that uses a mega number or “Power Ball”, isolate the best numbers in each position along with any ties. High frequency numbers have a tendency to be drawn in the future, so they are a very good bet. In this example, once again, we are using the numbers from the California Super Lotto Plus game with the 200 draws from the above demonstration. (Fig.9)

In the Frequency Analysis Chart (Fig.9) above, mega ball #10 has the most number of draws, fourteen draws total. Mega ball numbers 09, 11, 20 and 23 share the same amount of draws, each with eleven draws. It is quite possible that you will end up with several different Power Balls in your combinations. This will happen when you have several High Frequency numbers that you want to include with your best 5 balls. In the demonstration above, there are five different Power Balls that made our High Frequency list; 09, 10, 11, 20 and 23. If you are not able to locate the numbers pulled in “draw order”, you can your area's lottery commission (office) by either telephone, fax or mail, and simply ask for the archive numbers (pulled in “draw order” from the live TV drawing).
