Marlin Test adalah Maritime English Test. Mengapa kita harus sedikit banyak menguasai Marlin? Karena ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara bahasa Inggris di darat dan di laut. Contoh: Biasanya kita mengatakan Right untuk kata "kanan", tetapi untuk di kapal "kanan" dikatakan Starboard Side.
