I am a Quick Learner, I try to grasp things faster. I am a pretty confident person as well. The best thing i find in me is the way of dealing with the difficult situations, instead of focussing on problems my focus is on how to solve them.  3.What are your weaknesses?  I never feel comfortable until I complete my work and  I want everything to be perfect in each and every detail as a result of which sometimes it takes extra time to complete the task.Besides,I am also self­confident. 4. Where do you see yourself five years from now? I wish to see myself playing a vital role in the development and growth of your company as well as enhancing my skills and knowledge as well. 5. What do you know about our company? TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICE(TCS) is part of TATA group of companies.It is an Indian Multinational IT service, consulting and business solutions company headquartered in Mumbai. It was founded in 1968 by J. R. D. Tata. It operates across 46 countries and helps many companies to the best.It is a part of BOMBAY EXCHANGE STOCK and also NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE.It has employees of around 3,19,000+ and in that 33% women. TCS is one of the largest Indian companies by market capitalization ($80 billion) and is the largest India­based IT services company by 2013 revenues. 6. How well do you handle change? I believe that change is something which will help me to become what I want to be in future.I am flexible enough to cope with the change in environment. 7. Do you work well under pressure? I enjoy working under pressure because i believe it helps me grow and to handle the critical situations with ease.I have worked all night for decorating my department for an event which everyone believed tough at that time but I managed myself for doing the work. 8. How do you make important decisions?
