CO-OWNERSHIP CONTRACT This document will serve as a legal and binding contract between __________________ with _____________ hereinafter called the “Co-Owner”, and Lindsey Powell hereinafter called the “Breeder”. This contract will remain in effect until such time contract have been fulfilled or terminated by agreement of both parties. Bitch : Breeder and the co-owner will SPLIT the first 2 litters and the co-owner will have full ownership to the 3rd litter. The picking order for these litters are, breeder odd numbers and co-owner even numbers. THEN the 2nd litter the are flipped. The breeder has the right to choose a POL out of the 3rd breeding. The co-owner understands that the so called bitch is NOT to have more than 3 litters. The co-owner understands that the dog will remain under POW DANES AKC name. The coowner agrees to house the so called bitch INSIDE all seasons and that any puppies whelped will remain indoor also. The breeder has the right to request 50/50 money made in selling puppies vs selling themselves. The breeder agrees to split ALL breeding and whelping cost 50/50 WITH paper trail proof. The co-owner understands that the breeder MUST approve any stud upon breeding. The co-owner understands that the breeder must approve any full right registration applications. The coowner understands the bitch MUST stay on NUVET PLUS supplements, breeder has an order code to purchase.

Stud : Breeder will have access to stud for personal or studding purposes. The breeder and co-owner understands that NO POL deal is to be made with this stud. The co-owner understands that the breeder MUST approve any bitch upon breeding. The co-owner understands that the dog will remain under POW DANES AKC name. The co-owner agrees to house the so called stud INSIDE all seasons. The co-owner understands that any Vet expenses leading up to a breeding is under the

co-owners responsibility. The co-owner understands the stud MUST stay on NUVET PLUS supplements, breeder has an order code to purchase.

BOTH : All vaccination records, heartworm schedule, and vet records will be 100% available to Breeder during the duration of this contract. Co-owner is responsible for any health tests i.e. hip x/rays, heart. Breeder will hold registration papers until co own are met (Includes puppy registration). AKC papers will be signed off to co-owner when contract have been fulfilled. Breeder is free to come over at any time to check on said bitch/ stud. In the event of accident or injury, the co-owner must immediately inform the breeder. Any necessary veterinary or hospital charges are the responsibility of the co-owner. The co-owner agrees to give the bitch/ stud proper socialization for mental stability. Co-owner must be aware of the physical and nutritional needs. POW DANES’s will be here for mentoring for proper care of the bitch/ stud. In the event the said bitch/ stud es from natural causes this contract will be voided and no money will be due for said bitch/ stud to breeder. If said bitch/ stud es from neglect by co-owner (hit by car, runs away, chokes on chain/rope, etc.) co-owner will be responsible to pay for said bitch/stud to breeder in the amount of $1,500.00. Co-owner will provide breeder with written documentation as proof from the vet as to how said bitch/stud has ed. Should co-owner find themselves to be unable or unwilling to fully comply with the of this contract with respect to care, stud services, whelping etc., the bitch/ stud must be returned to POW DANES’s forthwith with no refund. Any and all legal fees incurred by the breeder in an attempt to regain any losses including but not limited to attorney fees & court cost are the responsibility of the buyer. Both parties have read, understand, and agree to the and conditions for this contract and agree to abide by them until such time as the contract is fulfilled.
