In performing our assignment, we get a lot of helps from the others. Many people have help us to finish our case study. We, as a team have to work together to hand in the case study as soon as possible to our beloved lecturer, Madam Suzana. We get to coorperate with each other so well. We are going to miss to finish the case study together. First of all, we would like to thank to the our beautiful lecturer, Madam Suzana who is teaching us the subject which is Ethics & Business Law. We are also like to thank to our lecturer because of her we get to finish our case study. Other than that, Madam Suzana also guide us. Our lecturer really helps us a lot. We cannot finish our work without her help. We are really appreciate all the time and energy that Madam Suzana gave us. Thank you Madam. Next, we are not forget to thank to our own family. Family always help us in our work. It does not matter if it is small or big assignment. They will always help us in any way. If we are not understand the assignment we ask one of them. One of our family must have that work in business sector. Obviously, they know the procedure to prepare the assignment. How hard and difficult our assignment, they will find way to help us and calm us down. Family will always have right beside us. Last but not least, we would like to give a big thanks to our coursemates. They help us with give a little bit information. The information really help us to finish our work. We used their information that they gave us. Eventhough, they have their own work, they still want to help us or answered our questions. They are not selfish. We are really appreciate them so much. INTRODUCTION

The mommy track is the diminishing opportunities of women in the workforce upon becoming mothers. References to the mommy track often go along with “opting out” of the workforce by leaving it permanently. The mommy track has primarily been observed within the United States, but has also been observed in other developed countries. Nowadays, many women want to have an occupation. They have studied for so long to achieve their dreams. So they want continue to have job than be unemployed. There are some women who want to take care of their family than go to the work. Some women has their own opinion and choice. Everyone has their right. Low earning women who have children sacrificing about 10 to 14 percent of their total lifetime earnings. Even ten years after having children, a mother in this income bracket earns wages that are about 12% lower than non-mother, low-skilled women. Women choose to work less hours than men. Because they have their responbilities at home to take care their children and husband.
